Some fun facts: Dion’s “iconic” opening gown, by Armani Privé, was picked to show off the singer’s fab post-baby bod and contains more than 25,000 crystals; a chic Balmain mini weighs about 30 lbs.; the star even provides some of her own jewelry for the show.
