Superstar Celine Dion celebrated manager husband Rene Angelil’s 69th birthday over the weekend, and she wound up with a gift herself. Her new show premiering at Caesars Palace on March 15 has just passed the $10 million mark at The Colosseum box office.
I’m told that it’s the fastest $10 million sale in the history of the venue, and Caesars Palace President Gary Selesner says the first set of performances through April 17 will be sold out. I think that means $1 million in revenue from the 4,300 seats nightly.
