This is the week that superstar Celine Dion will learn whether her two babies expected in November will be boys or girls — or one of each. Her husband and manager Rene Angelil was here over the weekend and shared the news with friends. He also confirmed that they will move here with 9-year-old son Rene-Charles on Feb. 26 to start rehearsals of the new three-year run of 70 shows per year at The Colosseum in Caesars Palace.
